How to Return your Product: To initiate your return, please use the following procedure:
*Contact Bomb Customer Support at service@bombofficial.com. After we receive your email, and have confirmed that your product is eligible for return, we will provide you with the appropriate return address for the item. The customer must pay the shipping for the return package. Include the product and all required items listed above in the section “Conditions for Return.” The receipt of purchase must indicate the product to be returned, price paid, and date of purchase. *Ship the package at your local UPS or FedEx drop-off location.
Refund Timing: Bomb will endeavor to issue a refund to the instrument of purchase within 10 business days of receiving an unused returned product that complies with the conditions for return set forth above. Bomb reserves the right to deduct the cost of return shipping from your order.
How Long Will My Order Take
Orders take 1-2 business days to process prior to shipping, followed by and additional 1 business day for delivery.Bomb does not ship on weekends. If your order is placed on a Friday, it will be processed the following Monday.
